Chuck - Sampil/Lamusir
Chuck tender - Kijen
Brisket - Sandung Lamur
Brisket naval end - Sandung lamur bagian pangkal
Brisket point end- Sandung lamur bagian ujung
Tenderloin - Has dalam
Sirloin - Has luar
Flank - Samcan or tetelan
Silverside - Paha atas
Bottomround - Paha bawah
Rump - Tanjung
Shank - Sengkel
Ribs - Iga
Knuckle - Tunjang/Kikil
Ox tail - Buntut sapi
Ox tongue - Lidah sapi
Tripe - Babat
Brain - Otak
Innards - Jeroan
Giblet - Ampela
Ground beef - Daging cincang
